At RAH RAH COLLECTIVE, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
As our products are small-batch and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shoprahrahcollective@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
